GBH Guardamar Apartments — Apartment Hotel Design in Spain
GBH Guardamar is an apartment hotel project located in the resort area of Guardamar del Segura, Spain. The project includes the design of an apartment hotel with 27 units, as well as public and shared spaces. Archigods was invited to develop the architectural and interior design concept, focusing on visual identity, functionality, and investment appeal.
The main goal of the project was to create a calm, light, and contemporary environment that reflects the Mediterranean lifestyle while meeting the requirements of modern hospitality real estate. The design combines minimalist architecture, soft natural tones, and durable materials suitable for intensive hotel operation.
The concept was developed with a strong focus on interior design for apartment hotels, hospitality architecture, and visual solutions that increase the attractiveness of the property for guests and investors.

FROM CONCEPT TO REALIZATION
How Was Created GBH Guardamar
The client approached Archigods with a request to create architectural and interior visualizations for a new apartment hotel project in Spain. A local architect developed the base architectural concept, and our studio joined the project to translate this concept into a cohesive visual and spatial design language.
At the initial stage, we analyzed the technical brief, studied the building layout, and reviewed the proposed furniture, materials, and finishing options. Based on this analysis, we developed interior design solutions for apartments and public areas that emphasize space, light, and simplicity.
During the design process, we refined the visual style to achieve a clean and elegant aesthetic. Decorative elements were intentionally minimized to maintain a sense of openness and timelessness. The final result is a balanced architectural and interior design concept that clearly communicates the atmosphere of the future apartment hotel and supports effective project presentation for marketing and investment purposes.
