Sfero Villas is a contemporary villa project in Valencia by Archigods. It brings together modern Mediterranean architecture, minimalism, a functional layout and private-house exterior design.
The villa design features light natural stone, dark facade elements, panoramic glazing, open terraces and a swimming pool. This combination creates a contemporary house design suited to Valencia's climate and residential architecture.
Work on Sfero Villas began with a review of an existing house design prepared by another architect. The floor plan required substantial optimisation: corridors occupied a significant amount of space, some rooms were too compact, and several areas on the ground and upper floors lacked windows and adequate natural light.
We carried out an architectural audit and developed a revised floor plan to make better use of the existing floor area and improve connections between rooms. Following the layout redesign, we rebuilt the villa's 3D model, reworked the architectural solutions and prepared photorealistic exterior visualisations.
The client approved the revised villa design in just two online calls lasting around two hours in total. This was made possible by analysing the layout and resolving the design in detail before presenting the concept.
Sfero Villas draws on contemporary Spanish architecture and the principles of Mediterranean Minimalism. Clean facade geometry combines natural stone, large windows and darker contemporary materials. Panoramic glazing brings natural light into the rooms and visually connects the interior with the terrace, pool and garden. Architectural lighting reveals the building's form and material textures in the evening.
Archigods provides architectural design in Valencia and works with private and investment properties across Spain. We design private houses, contemporary villas, country residences, premium homes and residential developments. The scope can include an architectural concept, villa design, house layouts, facade and exterior design, 3D modelling and architectural visualisation.
When designing villas in Spain, we consider the building's appearance alongside site orientation, daylight, privacy, views, the position of the pool and terraces, the connection with the landscape and everyday living patterns. For investment properties, efficient floor area, architectural appeal and layouts that can influence potential sale or rental value are also relevant.
Archigods can also join an existing house project in Spain. If it requires layout changes, facade redesign, floor-area optimisation or a new architectural concept, we review the original solutions and propose improvements without starting again. This approach is relevant to landowners, private clients and developers seeking contemporary villa architecture in Valencia, Alicante, the Costa Blanca and other regions of Spain.
Sfero Villas illustrates our approach to contemporary house design in Spain: architecture should be attractive, functional and efficient. From layout analysis and facade design to villa visualisation, every decision forms part of a coherent architectural concept.
